So I ended up doing a thirty/forty minute session on the stationary bike

and I didn’t break a sweat…insanity has improved stamina by a ten-fold…

Quick Question to Insanity users

Do you do any other workouts in addition to the scheduled insanity workout? 

And do you any exercise on Sunday rest day?

I am so frickin lazy ugh. gotta get off my arse.

I just finished day nine of insanity!

I’m so proud of myself…I would have quit by now usually haha. Also, I got a water bottle from Liberty Bottleworks and I absolutely love it, it’s motivating me to drink more water. I definitely need to eat a little better though…working on it!
